This hotel is situated in a bustling Chinese market area, which allows for easy access to various shops and restaurants. Some of the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with bare bone gym and a decent pool.
The hotel’s restaurant is quite pricey and not worth the cost, with limited breakfast spread and poor quality food.

We had a great stay. The staff is helpful despite language barriers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all facilities. Breakfast was good and there is free airport transportation. The pool and gym on site were unexpected but appreciated. This hotel is close to the Chinese market area and various restaurants.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff were so helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. They went out of their way to assist us, including helping with a refund for a transfer we couldn't use. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed over Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The rooms were very comfortable with modern amenities, including a great shower and air conditioning. The central location made it easy to get to local markets and shopping centres, which was great for buying last-minute Christmas gifts. the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.
The breakfast options were quite limited, with predominantly Chinese cuisine. the pool area could have been cleaner and more inviting.

This hotel is a great value for money! the rooms are very comfortable with good amenities including a great shower and air conditioning. the breakfast was quite good and there is an excellent Laotian bar/restaurant with live music just a 5-minute walk away. the staff are young and friendly, and many speak some English.
The cleanliness was at times lacking, and sometimes there were no complimentary soap and water given. the pool was just okay and not very friendly for those who need stairs to get in and out.
